another evidence Digital magic I have a file sharing application on my computer, which was originally set up on 9 December 2010. I can easily transfer large files, such as pictures, to another computer with it. I only share files with my husband's computer, and with the friend who told me about it. The friend, a fellow co-worker, can only retrieve items through a shared folder we set up. Today, 3 February 2011, I opened up the application and a photo of a sculpture of Maitreya was there (see photo). It is similar to a familiar statue in Japan, but with a necklace and other minor detail differences.
This image was not in my friend's shared folder, but one I had just created a day or two before, so my friend could not possibly have placed it there. Nonetheless, I called her to find out if she had placed the photo there, but she hadn't..... If this is a sign from `above' somewhere, it is truly a lovely gift, and I am deeply and profoundly humbled. Name withheld, upstate New York, USA.
