Well, Pure Consciousness, as defined by the TM researchers using guidelines
provided by MMY, yes...

A state of no-thought, no-mantra, no nuttin' during TM practice where the
practitioner spontaneously shows marked reduction or even apparent suspension
of breathing, and where teh physiological measures show similarities to waking,
dreaming and sleeping, simultaneously, isn't turya (the fourth), the pure
consciousness that underlies the usual relative states?

A state where the EEG pattern found during TM's version of Pure Consciousness
is also found during normal waking, isn't a sign of maturing Turiyatita
(quality of turya)?

OK, sure.

If you hit the same bullseye every time you throw, it shows a certain
consistency of technique.
