It's not has he but did he. But we must make allowances for newbies. They don't know any better. It's not like newbies are as smart or as famous as Robin C. Heck, when I first saw a post count published every day I asked if there was a post limit. Seemed to me that if you're publishing the number of posts people make every day, there just might be a limit. But I'm just another bloke. Nobody special. Newbies get the instructions mailed to them and aren't exempt from the posting limits.
