Greetings from beautifull Fort Collins, Colorado where the sun shines 300 days a year and the winters are mild. Fort Collins sits nestled against the scenic Rocky foothills only a few minutes away by car where you will find rivers, lakes, and forests.
I recently bought a house and have to leave my rental by the end of August. The rental is -- a nice three bedroom, two bath, two car garage, fully equipted kitchen, large entertainment room, big back yard--house that I'm willing to work out any reasonable rent you want to pay. (I'll make up the difference if it's below what I pay). This is an ideal home for those coming out to Colorado and want to check it out.
