Glow Sticks (bic lighters and candles if none available.) account for festive celebratory devices. The pandits could walk from their walled compound with glow sticks to the dome! Then some kids (and adults) may think they are trick or treating. The pandits could collect candy and use it for unstressing! Yay! for glow sticks, candy and unstressing!
