How did you get "*everything* that person says" 
from what Sparaig wrote?  He's referring only to
how TM teachers give TM instruction.

Sparaig himself has told us a number of times that
*he* doesn't believe and follow even the
instructions for practicing TM, at least in terms
of regularity.  So the necessity to "believe and
follow" even that much is hardly an assumption
he makes.
