I think they are planted by "the powers that be" to give the mainstream media something to focus on and discredit and nullify the peaceful, legitamate protesters . This non-fiction film is not for the faint of heart. The "riot-control-police" in one part where they cordone off a group of peaceful protesters reminds me of the meanies in "The Wizard of OZ"-- Also, research the subject of AGENDA 21
