All of life is based on belief, that is the point. That is what I meant by the above, Either you "know" or you "believe". This is just a fact about life. I doubt that very many people really "know" the truth. You can point the finger at TMers saying how stupid they are to have some belief, however, everyone is in the same boat, only they just believe different things.
