(HNS) - The Department of Homeland Security has taken the first step to deflect criticism of its handling of Hurricane Katrina. FEMA has been renamed in an effort to streamline the agency even more than it's already been streamlined. DHS director Michael Chertoff says the new name properly reflects the agency's ability to handle current and future serious, widespread or even mild disasters. ------------------------ Yahoo!
