Drums solos are mostly bullshit anyway. You just play stuff the audience wants to "see" not necessarily "hear." It's mainly "drumnastics" or a "gymnastic" approach to drumming. It would be interesting to hear what this drummer would play if he wasn't concerned about impressing the audience.
