I've lived there long enough to appreciate this marvelous piece of design. It folds up into a very carryable cooler- sized box, but unfolds (and this is the Dutch part) into a pair of saddlebags that fit on any bike with a rack on the back. Get where you're going, unfold it further, and it turns into a table for two, including all of the plates, glasses, and utensils you'd need to have a jolly picnic.
