This seems to be a new wrinkle for certain posts. Same happened when I replied to feste. I had to copy the text of his post and paste it into my reply, then add the quote prefix characters (>). Hasn't happened with anyone else I've replied to so far. What do cardemaister's and feste's posts have in common otherwise, technically speaking?
