Good lord. I'd been giving Yahoo a tiny bit of benefit of the doubt, assuming the disastrous formatting on the Web site was an inevitable consequence of making it work on mobile. But if the formatting is just as bad on mobile, then there really is no excuse. The Neo interface is just an incompetently designed piece of software from the get-go.

The first image was the start screen which has the banner. You can scroll down the messages as far as you want.
