That might make sense if she was busted selling drugs in Times Square but she was charged with submitting false documents to obtain a work visa for her housekeeper. Is it likely this Indian diplomat would be carrying a concealed weapon into the courthouse? Sometimes you've got to use common sense. If the law says *everyone* entering the holding cells gets strip searched then the law is an ass.
