Money talks everywhere unfortunately, but the recent high-profile rape cases in India which have shocked the world probably mean something will be done this time. Is there anything viler than the rape and murder of that young Indian girl some months ago? Perhaps there is: the deliberate disfiguring of young women by throwing acid in their faces.
