I saw Bevan on a regular basis for two years. He is a self centered arrogant

You are quite correct. Even though Bevan is not an
American he has blessed your soil for so many decades. I
this age it is very rare indeed to see a man put forward
such a strong application for Masterhood as we have seen in
the example of Bevan.
