I can't help but ask, since you mentioned OSHO (which I assume refers to the org at http://www.osho.com/, and with which I assume you're familiar)...do you consider the founder of OSHO one of the "non-meiocre gurus?"
I ask because the website doesn't draw attention to the org's founder much, except to provide some links to talks by him.
