The gold may be tied into the gold the US took from Japan after WWII which was supposedly held in the Philippines. Supposedly that was moved in to some hedge fund operations that matured on September 10th, 2001.

As for Marcos, I think she's referring to the time frame when he was alive not now.

That was a very interesting video clip. I would agree that there's corruption in the Philippine government. But I don't think it has that much gold in its central bank, nor is it a major player in the secret world economic conspiracy. If it was, the country would have been better off than the way it is now.

Yeah, blame it all on Ferdinand Marcos. I didn't realize he can be so powerful even several decades after he died. :)
