Post Eckhart LOTS of people found a convenient was to explain how they don't measure up to a hard an fast and clearly delineated definition of "enlightenment" - so they can claim "awakenment" and do just about as they please as long as they use all the catchphrases and buzzwords of the Oneness is everything crowd.
