Castro: if he were to get elected SPOILER ALERT then I'd have to designate

his memory the supposed event is in his own mind. I could see a
Elizabeth Warren/Julian Castro ticket. That might inspire the youth
vote, sway some independents and maybe get the Hispanics out to cast
a vote.
