It means, in MJ's and Edg's world, you are guilty by association. 

If you are against TMers you are a hero to be admired. If you are not opposed 
to the TMers, then you are guilty of enabling them. There's only black and 
white in their personal outlook. If you are a German TMer you are a Nazi; if 
you are a Jew TMer, you are a Nazi; if you are from Texas, you are a Nazi; if 
you live in Canada, you are a Nazi. It's that simple.
