LOL In my more paranoid moods I've wondered if our pets - dogs and cats - are really the dominant species on Planet Earth and not humans. They don't have to go to work; we keep them warm and well-fed and ensure they get the best medical attention - all for free. They've got it sussed. Dogs probably pity us. Cats are more likely to regard us with contempt.
