<Om Jai Jai Maa
We have an exciting opportunity to gift Sai Maa and the Temple of
Consciousness Ashram in Crestone with a sacred shrine to Lord
Ganesh. We'd love your help.
The Unity Council of Humanity In Unity has asked the Fairfield
Community if it is interested in contributing a shrine to Lord
Ganesh, the Remover of Obstacles, to the Temple of Consciousness,
our ashram in Crestone, Colorado. On Wednesday, November 23, 2005,
several members of our community met and embraced this project. Now
it is full speed ahead! See the attached PDF file for a picture of
the structure.
It is our goal to complete the construction of the shrine and its
transportation to Crestone in time for the Christmas course at the
ashram. There are two ways for you to be involved in this special
project.
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS NEEDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
We would like to raise about $2,900 to cover the cost of the
materials for the construction of the shrine here in Fairfield and
the transportation by truck to Crestone. So that as many people can
be involved in contributing to this project as possible, we are
raising funds in $27.00 increments. Please make your check payable

SEVA ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SHRINE
Lou Bolstere will be overseeing and spearheading the construction
process. He will host a planning meeting for the construction of
this temple on Saturday, December 3rd, 10:00 a.m. at his shop at
1008 South Main (the garage at the end of the driveway).
We are looking for volunteers in what will truly be a community
effort. If you want to be involved; we will find a way for you to
be involved. Here are some of the tasks we need people for:
Carpenters
Assistance to carpenters to hold and move materials
Clean up crew
Cooking crew to feed workers
Stucco installation
Painting
Caulking
If you want to be involved but don't feel you 'have the
skills' ...all you need is your desire. Lou is happy to teach you
what you need to help.
