I doubt that this commentary is published anywhere. It is probably only in the hand of a few TMO's. Typical control issues abound. "If you are not in unity consciousness then it will only baffle or confuse you ... blah blah."
Probably MMY probably thought that Badarayana shifted between G.C. and U.C. when writing the sutras to help the practitioner make the shift.
