I've noticed over the past month that crows have decided to rest on my neighbor's tall tree. So, I would scare them away by clapping my hands or point my finger at them. If that didn't work, I'd point a large wooden stick at them which invariably would make them fly away.
The reason for the concern is that crows are bad luck in jyotish. Supposedly, they bring bad news or omen. So far, no bad news have come my way. Knock on wood.
