There really is no name for these monsters. They can be white, British, Muslim, black or American. The point is, it appears any number of people can be convinced that they have a duty to rid the planet of those who don't embrace the values and beliefs they embrace. You can call them "Syrian" or "ISIS" or "Muslim"but that is far from the whole picture.
