There is a fantastic video on youtube called the Bethlehem Star Scientifically
Proves Biblical Events. It's long, about an hour and a few minutes. I think you
would enjoy this one. I would like to see what you think about it. It speaks of
a conjunction of Venus and Jupiter and the reason the *star* seemed to move was
that Jupiter was in retrograde and moved directly over Bethlehem on December
25th. Of course this is what \lead the wise men there. Jesus could have been as
old as two at the time and that's why Herod ordered all male children up to two
killed.And then Johnathan Cahn does a similar video that puts His *birth* much
closer to your time line.

The author of this article writes the various meaning of this star. But
IMO, the Star of Bethlehem is a code word for the auspicious alignment of the
planets in the evening sky. Specifically, on March 21, year 2 BC, at 7 PM, the
Sun had entered the sign of Aries to start the spring season. At that hour in
the evening, the close conjunction of the Moon and Jupiter would have been
directly above the skies of Bethlehem, Palestine.
Also, the Sun was setting to the west and sign of Libra was rising from the
east. With the conjunction of the Moon and Jupiter was directly above the sky,
a cross is formed in the zodiac skies. Further, Libra is signified by the sign
of a scale, which can be interpreted to look like a cross.
So, in effect, Jesus Christ was actually born on a spring evening in the year 2
BC and not on December 25. Why? Because the Romans were smart enough to know
NOT to start a census in the winter when the temperature was cold, and the
roads were hazardous for travel. It was logical and practical to perform the
census at the spring equinox, the beginning of the astrological new year.
