But Mother Nature is still dumping much needed buckets of rain here the
the SF Bay Area. Yesterday I was at the local farmer's market after
having walked at the waterfront park. At 12 noon a torrential rain hit
though it only lasted about 2 minutes. I had pointed out to a friend
that looking at the hills at the edge of town to the west there was rain
coming in. The remainder of the storms haven't been as intense.
Seems every couple weeks the California water board has to revise the
effect of the rain on the drought. They seem like power freaks but they
keep having to eat crow.

It's time to remind mother nature that Spring is here, although the
eastern part of the USA has has gotten snow over the weekend.
