Most of the crimes you listed in your post are violent ones; and they're obviously the crimes that most seriously victimize people, so it does make sense to focus on them. Also, those are the crimes Trump is making such a fuss about. Plus which, you can't just count federal crimes; it's not as if only federal crimes have victims.
Finally, that 27% figure you cite hasn't changed in quite a few years, so the idea that there's currently some kind of undocumented immigrant crime wave is nonsense even if you look just at federal crime. So I repeat: Recent studies have shown that undocumented immigrants commit far less violent crime than native-born Americans.
