Yes, a phase transition as seen from the US natal chart is concerned. As
stated before, the US is now undergoing the major period of Rahu in
conjunction with Mercury, both of which are placed in the 8th house of mystery
and transformation. In other words, the US is now going through a
transformation as a nation and as an economic power. As signified by Rahu and
Mercury, the US will be transformed by artificial intelligence in its culture
and economy.
We are already seeing the effects of this trend recently in the development of
the smart phones, self-driving cars and medical diagnoses performed by
artificial intelligent machines. As I see it, the American culture will be
adopting more of these AI technologies in its infrastructure.
At the same time, these technologies will raise fundamental and philosophical
questions relating to the consciousness of artificial intelligent machines in
the future.
From what I understand, it is possible for the deep neural networks to learn
and mimic the five senses of the human body through algorithms. The current
technology has been able to refine computer vision to make computers understand
pictures without human intervention. And the computers can make unusual
predictions based on this vision to make unusual predictions about humans and
the world based on the big data from the internet. It's only a matter of time
when computers will be able to learn algorithms to acquire the other senses
that are inherent in humans.
Would it be possible for AIs to acquire super intelligence with their super
senses, albeit based on mathematical algorithms?

But his presentation did not answer the question of how silicon chips can
copy the human experience of the five senses. These sense experience is termed
as "qualia" when it refers to humans or biological systems. But computers as
we know it today are based on silicon which is radically different from the
cell connections in the human body.
So how can computers understand the sense experience of humans? As such, how
can computers develop consciousness or emerge from a silicon chip?
So, Kurzweil thesis of the singularity has a huge gap that has to be covered
for us to believe that computers can exceed human intelligence.

coming from Scandinavia. Mundane politic and particulars aside evidently there
is a lot of unsettled-ness that has has been put into people. Figure roughly
that maybe a quarter of the population is in some state of shock and felt a
type of deeper disgust over the election, and for some something like a PTS
experience.

I notice that aspect too. Like what was the spiritual atmosphere has become
dense, in noticing the palpable cultivated spiritual energetic bubble which has
been around Jefferson County and Fairfield is compressed. People in the
Fairfield, Iowa satsang are noticing that and do comment on their own about it.
The ongoing group meditation in the Dome still is quite spiritually activated
as a place to Be in. Its contrast is remarkable.
