Spiritually speaking, the personality that you have as a human person will be duplicated if you copy your neurons to be the basis of an AI machine. IOW, you will have the same incentive to live and be happy, using the criteria of a human being. You would like to live forever as a machine. And, you will prevent others from killing your present self--albeit a machine one.
