Alcoholism related deaths on the on the increase. There seems to be far more ME failures (inverse correlations relating to "bad" effects), than good results. On the whole, countries like Russia are descending into the pit of Hell: alcoholism, drugs, and TB. The US isn't far behind with the first two.
