SJ, I saw King Tony's lecture at Stanford University. I thought it was an excellent presentation. But I was not aware that he's written scientific paper on the same topic.
But as I remember from the lecture, his concepts were not the same as the "No Boundary" Proposal by Hawking and his colleagues. Please, see the video that I presented on this thread earlier this week. Come to think about it.
