The Srimad Bhagavatam narrated of the prajapatis, or cosmic executives, who managed the universe, including the people that inhabited other worlds outside of Earth. In modern day physics, these executives would manage the living beings in the exoplanets in this universe and other universes in the multiverse.
Dr. Leonard Susskind from Stanford gave a lecture how these other universes could start or nucleate. He mentioned that "observers" are needed to collapse the wave functions of these other universes. In other words, witnesses are needed to create these other universe. Hence, these witnesses would act as the prajapatis or cosmic executives of the multiverse.
