Actually, I kinda like walking in the rain. So the
rain *doesn't* make me go inside. I make my own
decisions based on the requirements of the moment.

It must be nice to be so important that the universe
has to figure out whether you should go inside or
not. I'm not that important, so I get to make such
decisions myself.  :-)
