I was in South Fallsburg. The first time I was at Livingston Manor was not until April 1979, when I went there for the first CAC Phase III. Phase III sounded interesting to the citizens who went on it, but it turned out to be just rounding with what we already had. Do you recall if the course administrators instructed the governors to hide the fact that MMY was there from all the citizens?
