This denial of problems has, over the years, led many TM teachers and meditators hoping to get onto courses to disregard the need for therapy or medication, too (just like Sem). Interesting given what I have been told that Ayurveda says about feelings: feel the feeling right away, feel it thoroughly, and then let it go when you can. This is supposed to prevent the accumulation of emotional stress in the body and mind.
