I question (again) the claim that someone in CC doesn't feel pain. Leaving aside the question
of "who is feeling the pain," I think that MMY's definition is more robust: full realization
means that no experience is able to draw you out of CC.
That would include being in rush hour traffic or being tortured, I would assume.
