Allowing falls under the non-action category. When we allow ourselves to transform and become the new energies, we are taking an action of allowing and accepting what is. This is an inward action we take not an outward. That is why it is called non-action. So very often we try to control everything in our life only to find that it doesn't work. Surrendering to the divine flow of life that dwells within you is allowing and accepting the desired changes to take place. Please visualize yourself in the center of the universe. Feel the energy pulsating around and through you. Ask your higher-self to allow only the energies that are for your highest good to be received and assimilated by you. Focus on the intent that change and growth are positive. Call forth the love of light from within yourself and merge with the energies of divine love and guidance.
