If you're going to learn them, it's better to learn them the right way. In that way they can take a person to full Buddhahood rather quickly.

Yeah, these have been around for years. Apparently

while visiting  

Tibet, he witnessed part of sun-moon yoga practice.

Part of the  

sequences are taught in groups of five, but there's

more to it than  

what his book gives. There are several levels to

each group of five  

*and* breathing is linked to various inner

visualizations. These are  

supposed to be moving asanas linked to visualization

and specific  

breathing and retention practices.
