Exactly. And what would happen to the flow of money from the US to Israel, if, say another hurricane or a major earthquake, or both, hits US this year ? Then Bush & Company will be forced by the people to cater to the needs of their own population, to spend money at home and not in Afghanistan/Iraq/Israel. The question is wheter Bush is flexible enough to do so.
