What they should do is build a new facility in VC (should not cost more than about a million for the 100 ladies) for Mother Divine, who are wasting space in their facility built for 500 pundits. Then Purusha should move into the space that MD currently occupies -- this would add a couple hundred 8/hr a day TMers to the mix. Building a dorm on campus for several hundred more Siddhas (who could perform part-time jobs on campus as well as attending a few classes other than Dome attendance) would bring the numbers up to what they want, and would be much more cost effective -- the Siddhas living on campus (who could be classified as part-time workers plus part-time students, keeping their living quarters off the tax rolls) could eat in campus dining halls, and would need a stipend of only about $100 month for incidental expenses.
