Or when they BEGGED the UN to help in Lebanon after the Rice insisted that the Syrians get out of Lebanon (a country that was doing INCREDIBLY well, with a very happy population under the Syrian rule...they had expected a couple of million tourists this summer, but Rice strongly helped to fuck that up).
