More accurately (just checked that out), "caakashiiti" represents the so called /intensive/ mode of Sanskrit verbs, which is, at least in this case, indicated by a slightly modifided reduplication of the first syllable of the verb "kaash" (caa-kash-), and shortening of the root vowel.
