Huh...ok, good points. Thanks. However it still does not explain how come a billion people in the far East have no problems with eating dogs, cats, bears, etc. whereas it is repugnant to 90% of western meat-eaters. (fish and chicken don't count because they don't really hunt for red meat animals...and that is the MAIN difference between East and West. Westerners will not generally eat animals that are red-meat eaters -- and I suspect Alex's story about the mouse-hunting chicken is far-fetched -- or maybe he lives in Texas where the chickens are no doubt more like Chicken-hawks --- you know: AWOL Bush, and Five Deferment Cheney, etc.) OffWorld To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!'
