The State Department has apparently issued a request for the twins to leave because they were attracting so much publicity (much of it negative). One reporter said he had gone to their hotel and found them lounging around in the hotel's public area with no Secret Service in sight. One of them (Barbara, I think) had her purse stolen in a restaurant right under the noses of the Secret Service agents. The twins have declined to leave.
