There has been discussion lately about how "true" spiritual
organizations are unconcerned about money, unlike the TMO. So I
began searching for a respectable organization online, and found
some stuff regarding Steve's ("vaj") Guru, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu,
including an application to join as a member his Baja (Mexico)
facility.

The application is all about volunteering and paying some big bucks
for membership.

Just one comparison with the TMO, which now charges $2500 as a
*lifetime fee* for TM, a *one year* "Foundation" membership in the
Baja Gar is the same: $2500. This does allow for free programs for
that year, in Mexico only, held in tents.

There are other memberships offered too, though all of them must be
paid for every year. Starts to make the TMO seem downright
resonable.
