The same Logan that sells for 6000 Euros in Romania
(where it's built) is imported back to France, where
it sells for more like 7500 Euros. Finland's an EU
nation, right? If you're actually interested, why not 
do what many French do and take a trip to Romania,
buy one there, and drive it home?
