Good practical observation about the situation here now with the TM community. Yes, it is that now classical theme: `A house divided will not long stand'. http://showcase.netins.net/web/creative/lincoln/speeches/house.htm a fascinating thing about the situation is that there is not language of reconcilliation extended by any of them up there.
