The Banner with Amma in front of snow clad mountains reminds me of some old Maharishi poster used for Nepal. Just an idea: Amma is very small on this photo, you could move her to the right side, and make part of her extend into the side navigation, by slicing the pic up into two parts (as they did in at the official page).
